• Location: approximate or precise location when you enable location services for maps, taxis, or nearby services.

• Provide and improve travel booking and wallet features.
• Verify your identity as required by Iranian regulations and partner providers.
• Process payments and send booking confirmations and service notifications.
• Prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with applicable law.

Sharing with third parties

We share data only as needed to deliver services you request—for example, airlines, hotels, payment processors, SMS/email providers, and identity verification partners. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and regulatory obligations. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and secure storage for sensitive documents such as passport images.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You may also withdraw consent for optional processing such as marketing notifications in app settings.

Children

Mehyar is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
