These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mehyar mobile application and related travel and wallet services. By creating an account or using Mehyar, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter a binding contract. Some services require completed identity verification (KYC) before use.
Our services
Mehyar helps international visitors book travel, accommodation, transport, and restaurant catalog browsing through a travel wallet in Iran. We act as an intermediary platform; specific bookings are subject to third-party provider terms, availability, and pricing.
Account responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration and identity information.
- Keep your login credentials confidential.
- Notify us promptly of unauthorized account access.
- Use the app only for lawful personal travel purposes.
Bookings and payments
Prices, cancellation policies, and refund rules depend on the service provider and are shown before you confirm a booking. Wallet top-ups and card transactions are processed through approved payment partners. You are responsible for applicable fees, taxes, and currency conversion where relevant.
Wallet and KYC
Digital wallet features may require identity verification. We may suspend or limit wallet access if verification fails, suspicious activity is detected, or required by law.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Mehyar, attempt to circumvent security, scrape data without permission, or use the platform for fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Mehyar does not guarantee uninterrupted access—you remain responsible for verifying schedules, visas, and local requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mehyar and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or third-party services booked through it.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to users or partners. You may close your account by contacting support@mehyar.app.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your home country apply.
